The TAVO Next glides effortlessly over all terrains thanks to its leatherette handle. It's not our lightest stroller, however, and it's more difficult to lift up a flight of stairs than some competitors.
The Cybex Gazelle moves like a gazelle, even when loaded down with up to three kids as well as groceries. The only drawback is that it doesn't come with a second child board or seat to accommodate growing families.

The Cybex Gazelle is an excellent option for parents who want to invest in a stroller that will adapt to the needs of the family. It is a "modular" stroller or "convertible" stroller and can be set up in more than 20 ways to accommodate different seat units such as infant car seats, cots, and cradles.
The Cybex Gazelle is lightweight and easy to maneuver making it ideal for parents who enjoy exploring. It has a big storage basket as well as a variety of attachments to help parents carry their groceries or do light shopping. It's a bit more expensive than other 2 in 1 prams but it's worth the cost as the quality and functionality of this model are top-of-the-line.
The stroller has a one-pull safety harness that makes it easy to secure your child in the seat. It also has a removable sun canopy with peek-a-boo and XXL panels. During our testing, we found the Roo+ to maneuver well for a stroller that doubles as a stroller. It is able to maneuver through most types of terrain with ease, however it has trouble going over gravel and grassy areas. It isn't easy to steer over and up 1-inch curbs. We don't recommend taking this stroller off-road or on stairs, but it does have a great suspension to minimize bumps for passengers.
The Roo+ has a large storage bin under the seat, but it's difficult to access without taking off infant car seats. This is a problem that twin frame strollers often have however Joovy provides an additional baby carrier that fits under the seat to help solve this issue.
Unlike top-scoring strollers, the Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. It's a small price to pay for car storage and seat compatibility, but we would prefer a stroller with a bit more versatility. The stroller's versatility when it comes to seating configuration is a huge benefit. Parents can mount their infant car seats in either the opposite direction or in the same direction, based on their requirements.
5. Delta Children LX Side by Side
The Delta Children LX Side by Side received a top score in both weight and size folded, making it the best value in our double umbrella stroller review. It also scores highly for its maneuverability, which is a key aspect for parents looking for a stroller that can be tucked away in small spaces. The Delta is a basic model and does not have the features other strollers we have tested like a large storage basket or a long recline. It's a great choice for families on a limited budget or for those who require a second stroller for occasional use, like for a trip to the Zoo.
The LX Side by Side is a light compact stroller that's easy to turn and push. Its relatively small frame with swivel front wheels, swivel rear wheels and padded shoulder pads provide the perfect ride for your children. The multi-position reclining seat and cup holders for parents allow for a comfortable ride for passengers.
It also comes with a large European-style canopy that offers shade from the sun and some protection against windy conditions. It also comes with two storage bags and five-point safety harnesses and two storage bags.
The Delta was constructed in less than three minutes, the quickest time of all the test groups. The manual isn't great, and the assembly does not require tools. It is one of the lighter products in our test group and is able to fold flat, making it easy to carry and lift.
